Google Docs now supports columns.
Formatting your document has just gotten a little bit easier.
Select your text, Go to Format > Columns > and select your option!
Unfortunately, this does not work in Docs for Android or iPhone / iPad yet...
This is a feature that has been missing for a long time, and I am glad it is in there now!
